I have no other expertise with fryers like this so now nothing to check it to but I do have numerous small home equipment and so a ways as easying and repairs and storage this unit is best than most. It is easy to disassemble, easy, and to pour the oil out in the experience you like to filter and reuse. The basket is serviceable but I've no longericed some rust forming on the handle screws regardless of that I hand was onceh the complete lot.
